IT WORKS LIKE THIS: I NEED YOU TO SEND ME BY MAIL ( ver datos contacto ) OR BY WHATSAPP (506 8749 9590) A PHOTO OF THE PROPERTY INSIDE AND OUT, THE LOCATION, THE REQUESTED AMOUNT OF CREDIT AND THE AMOUNT OF THE VALUE OF THE PROPERTY; WITH ONLY THIS INFORMATION, I SAY IF IT IS POSSIBLE TO GIVE YOU THE LOAN, OR IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE AT ALL. WHEN I HAVE THE QUESTIONNAIRE AND THE PHOTOS AND THE PLANO, THEN I PRESENT IT TO THE DIFFERENT LENDERS (CREDITORS) AND THAT SAME DAY I CONFIRM YOU IF THERE IS AN INTEREST OF A PARTICULAR LENDER TO GIVE YOU THE LOAN AND I ASK YOU AN APPOINTMENT TO VISIT THE PROPERTY (GOES THE LENDER AND MY PERSON) AND THEN, ON THAT SAME DAY THE LENDER DECIDES WHETHER OR NOT THE MONEY IS PROVIDED. IN CASE OF A YES, WE SAY TO YOU THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CREDIT (amount, interest, figure, term, etc.) AND THEN IF YOU AGREE, THEN WE EMAIL YOU A DRAFT CONTRACT FOR YOUR REVIEW AND COORDINATE A DATE AND TIME OF SIGNATURE AT THE OFFICE OF THE RESPECTIVE ATTORNEY.
