LR WINDSOR is looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team remotely from Costa Rica!

What You’ll Do:

✅ Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

✅ Assist clients with insurance quotes, policies, billing, and claims

✅ Maintain accurate records and guide clients on insurance products

✅ Escalate complex issues and ensure data confidentiality

Details:

📅 Start Date: January 2026 (or earliest mutually agreed)

⏰ Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM during time zone changes)

💰 Base Pay: $1,400/month, with growth opportunities based on performance

🎁 Benefits: 10 vacation days/year, personal/sick days, US holidays

⏳ Probation: 3 months

⚠️ Note: This is similar to an independent contractor role — no Caja contributions
