Role: Remote E-Commerce Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Specialist

-Pay: $750/month

-Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST

-Support Channels: Email, Live Chat & Phone (all required)

-English Requirement: Fluent, accent-neutral English (C1/C2 required)

-Experience: 2–3+ years customer service (eCommerce preferred)

Main Responsibilities:

-Full order management (tracking, updates, changes)

-Supplier coordination, backorders, RMAs, returns, warranties

-Chargeback interception & dispute resolution

-Customer communication & technical support

-CRM documentation & process improvement

Position Level: First dedicated customer service hire (high responsibility & growth path)
