enjoyed meeting countless travellers coming to Costa Rica for vacation, relocation, retirement,
business & investment, medical / dental tourism... and in all cases, to enjoy the Pura Vida!
Many of our guests were repeat visitors, considered our guesthouse to be their first Costa Rica
“home”, and became friends over the years.
Aside from the obvious good business benefits of having a destination property in the capital city of
one of the world’s most sought-after countries, there were many secondary activities with their own
income streams, such as tours, vehicle rental, real estate referral fees, furniture making, and more...
A couple of years ago we “semi-retired” from business to travel more, spend time “back home” with
family, and explore new horizons... but we still love the hospitality / tourism industry, and are very
good at it ! So we have decided to assist a select number of suitable entrepreneurs (in various areas)
to establish and operate their own private “guesthouse” (we charge a fee for this service, as well as
participating in ongoing profit-sharing).

- interactive website (including forms for accommodations enquiries & reservations, as well as to request information about other goods & services)
- promotional program (online posts, referral systems, flyers and other collateral material, etc)
- operational procedures and tips from more than 2 decades of experience, to avoid unnecessary costs
