We are a family of four who has an apartment behind the house with private entrance. Looking for a person clean, drug-free (including NO 420) that means...NO POT, MARIHUANA, CANNABIS or any other drugs period, this is a drama-free apartment. We are looking for a responsible, considerate, easygoing, honest and drama-free person. Someone who is respectful.
No excessive drinking. No Overnight friends who stays in a regular basis, No parties every night, quiet who respect the privacy of the others.This an area which has a 24 hr. security guards.


The apartment:
Spacious living room with a huge closet=cabinets
one guest bathroom with shower
1 parking spot
Tile floor, except for room is with wood floor
Unfurnished, except for a TV and a dining table with 4 chairs
Microwave, and small refrigerator.

Spacious Room with private bathroom
A closet.
Bathroom has a stand-up shower. Unfurnished

The rent is $350/month. Utilities included (water, electric, wireless internet).
